Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the products to request a return for items with quality issues.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns. We accept returns and exchanges for items with quality issues within the specified return period.

Items eligible for a full refund include those that:

    • Are in their original packaging.
    • Have not been used, installed, or disassembled.
    • Are not damaged due to improper installation.
    • Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
    • Are not incompatible with your vehicle, as defined by a part that does not match the vehicle listed in the item's description page.

  • Items not eligible for a full refund include those that:
    • Have been used, installed, or disassembled.
    • Are damaged due to improper installation.
    • Have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
    • Fall under the category of "no longer needed" or "wrong part purchased."

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at shoxtec10@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary forms.

Return Shipping:

For items eligible for a full refund:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs in instances where the return is a result of our error (e.g., vehicle incompatibility with the item descriptions) or when a defective/damaged part is received.

For all other situations (e.g., no longer needed, wrong part purchased):

  • The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
    Note: If the item is in new condition, we can waive the 15% restocking fee for returns falling under "all other situations."

Refund Options:

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in the form of your original payment method. If the item qualifies for a refund, we will process a refund within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
